on the Internet, yahoo answers, forums, Reddit, Digg, health categories contain 70 per cent of questions related to weight issues.
so i decided to post my opinions on possible and safe ways of losing weight.
here these are.
1. Remember you have to be patient. you can't lose your extra pounds in days. you need a couple of months to feel the change. It is better to wait for a couple of months to get permanent happiness.
2. safest and fastest natural way of losing fats is doing aerobics.
aerobics include:
- jogging
- swimming
- running
- walking
- dancing
In aerobic exercises body uses both glucose and fats for energy production while in anaerobic exercises (e.g bodybuilding, heavy workouts ) only glucose is used as a major nutrient by the body that is why during anaerobic exercises muscles get fatigued in comparatively lesser time. Bodybuilding (anaerobic) workouts are done for gaining muscle mass.
Although well-developed muscles use a greater amount of fat for energy production during rest, that's why bodybuilders have well toned, ripped and cut body.
but only well-developed muscles do that.
3. Along with aerobic exercise, you have to check your diet. Don't starve yourself, it is annoying. Eat a low-calorie diet.

Low-calorie diet eradicates the annoying and unpleasant feeling of hunger, but as this diet will provide you insufficient calories to carry on daily activities. the remaining calories will be obtained from burning of fats.
and you will lose your weight.

Be active and eat healthily, these are the safest ways of losing weight having all beneficial effects.

ReplyDeleteI totally agree with this chart and especially the simple exercise techniques shown above as they can be easily adopted. However I would suggest that people consider switching the sweetener for Stevia or Honey. Speaking as a person who truly used to overdose on sugar, I can say that my body is better without it. I use Stevia now - it has a tiny after taste but Artificial sweeteners taste far worse in my opinion. One other top tip for you is to incorporate fresh Grapefruit juice into your diet - once a day is fine and if you struggle with the taste as a tiny drop of apple juice to take the edge off.
