i used to hate waking early in the morning and going out.
but a few days ago i heard about morning walk and its benefits. i gathered courage and woke up at 6 AM and went to the park for a morning walk. i kept me I pod with me and put the earphone in and started walking. There were a lot of people. i really enjoyed walking and sending
fresh air to my lungs.
i strongly suggest you do same.
just gather courage and go for a morning walk
